Employer brand is “the image of your organization as a ‘great place to work”. The process of employer branding is concerned with talent attraction, engagement and retention strategies deployed to enhance your company’s employer brand. Just as a customer brand proposition is used to define a product or service offer, an employee value proposition is used to define an organization’s employment offer. Likewise the marketing disciplines associated with branding and brand management have been increasingly applied by the human resources and talent management community to attract, engage and retain talented candidates and employees, in the same way that marketing applies such tools to attracting and retaining clients, customers and consumers.

Employer branding is the process of promoting a company, or an organization, as the employer of choice to a desired target group, one which a company needs and wants to recruit and retain. The process facilitates the company’s ability in attracting, recruiting and retaining ideal employees – referred to as Top Talent in recruitment – and helps secure the achievement of the company’s business plan.

We assign the task of choosing an award winner to a research cell. This cell constitutes of professionals from different parts of the Sri Lanka. These professionals are then asked to submit their recommendations. This Cell is chaired by a Chairman who reviews recommendation. The Jury meets and identifies award winners. Our research cell consists of Post Graduates in History & Management with over 7 years research experience posts their studies.
